Founder & Creator of MiCURA
Born in 1993 to Japanese father who is a Kuramoto and Malaysian Chinese mother.
Majored economics in University of Tokyo and certified International Sake sommelier who also
complete training course for technical executive of Sake brewing.
She went to NY at the age of 21 by herself and start exporting Sake of her family.
Currently in charge of export and overseas marketing of the brewery.
She actively exchange views and listen to real opinion of restaurant staffs and reflect to the development of “Micura”, as she has a relationship with world’s top class chef, sommelier, manger and server especially in NY where she visit 6 times a year.
