We have released a limited edition MiCURA X PRO KATSUYAMA that uses koji* (Yamada-Nishiki with a polishing ratio of 50%, from Sendai, Miyagi) made by Katsuyama Brewery.
In the SAKE COMPETITION, the world's largest commercial sake contest, KEN took first place in the Junmai Ginjo category for two consecutive years in 2015 and 2016, and second place in 2017.
It was also awarded first place as Champion Sake in the SAKE category of the world's largest wine competition in 2019, the International Wine Challenge (IWC).
