MiCURA®︎ X PRO is a series of products created in collaboration with sake breweries. 



For the first edition of MiCURA X PRO, we collaborated with Katsuyama Brewery in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture.

We have released a limited edition MiCURA X PRO KATSUYAMA that uses koji* (Yamada-Nishiki with a polishing ratio of 50%, from Sendai, Miyagi) made by Katsuyama Brewery. 

This product is available in limited quantities.

*The same koji used to brew Katsuyama's signature sake, KATSUYAMA “KEN” Junmai Ginjo.


In the SAKE COMPETITION, the world's largest commercial sake contest, KEN took first place in the Junmai Ginjo category for two consecutive years in 2015 and 2016, and second place in 2017.

It was also awarded first place as Champion Sake in the SAKE category of the world's largest wine competition in 2019, the International Wine Challenge (IWC).
