MiCURA Sake brewing Moromi Day 22 / MiCURA 醪22日目(酒造り25日目)


Here is the video of Kai-ire. I can feel that moromi is getting watery, as the rice dissolve, from the feeling of Kai-ire. 






It looks like a Chinese rice porridge, but the shape of rice grain is still remaining and it taste slightly sweet when you crush the rice grain on the tongue.

On the other hand, there is no sweetness on the liquid part while alcoholic feeling and ginjo aroma go through the nose.
