MiCURA Sake brewing Moromi Day 21 / MiCURA 醪21日目(酒造り24日目)


It has been a few days since I did Kai-ire (stirring). This is the picture of Day 21.

The surface got thicker as I didn't do Kai-ire for the past few days.



But it is not a firm lid, but rather soft film like a fresh baked soufflé.
